Set automation status
Sets an automation live or paused. This is the only call in the API that changes
what people on Instagram receive.
- Live means it starts answering comments on the post from the next one that arrives. Earlier comments are not replayed.
- Paused means comments that arrive while it is paused are not answered, and are not replayed when it goes live again.
A post runs one live automation at a time, so a fan who comments once gets one DM.
Setting a second automation live on the same post is refused with
409 live_automation_on_media; pause the other one first.
Needs a full key.
